Our Office on May 4th

As the first phase of reopening Missouri’s economy begins, our agency has looked at the information that the State and Local leaders have laid before businesses. It is our conclusion that at this time we will not be able to open back up for regular operations and insure safe social distancing expectations. We will continue to monitor the recommendations of State, local and health officials and make adjustments accordingly. However, we remain committed to the safety of our customers, employees and our community. With that in mind, our office will continue to provide services as follows.

Payments

We will be continuing to take payments by phone. You may also drop your payment by our office using the mail slot in our front door. No one will be allowed entry into our office to make a payment. Receipts will be mailed or emailed to you. We continue these steps to ensure that we provide services to you as safely as possible.

Quotes

We are still providing quotes. Those wishing to get a quote can call our Buffalo Office at 417-345-7214 or our Springfield Office at 417-881-2015, and an agent will assist you.

Claims

If you are a current customer and need to report a claim, please call our Buffalo Office at 417-345-7214 or our Springfield Office at 417-881-2015, and a Customer Service Agent will assist you.

Appointments

Most matters can be handled by email, phone or mail. If an in-person meeting is need, we will schedule a time for you to come to our office. We will take precautions, with the resources we have, to make your visit as safe as possible.
