Agency Statement - March 23rd

As of March 23, Custom Insurance Advisors, LLC will be closing our offices to public entry. This includes our customers. If you need to make a payment, you can call our Buffalo Office at 417-345-7214 or our Springfield Office at 417-881-2015, and we will help you make arrangements to pay over the phone by check, debit or credit card. If you must pay in cash, we will have an option for you that will not require you to enter our offices. Receipts will be mailed or emailed to you. We are taking these steps to ensure that we can continue to provide services to our customers during this Pandemic. Those wishing to get a quote can call one of the office numbers above, and an agent will assist you over the phone. These additional measures are being taken to help provide a safer environment for our clients, our employees and those in our community, as the numbers infected by the COVID-19 virus continue to increase. Notices are also posted on our office’s doors.

We continue to receive larger than normal customer inquiries on a variety of topics. Please continue to be patient as we work with our companies to get answer to your questions in this fluid environment.
