Statement from our Agency

Custom Insurance Advisors, LLC wants to assure our clients that we are committed to continuing to provide the service you need during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Currently, our offices will remain open. However, beginning March 18th, they will only be open for our current customers. Those who are not current customers wishing to get a quote can call our Buffalo Office at 417-345-7214 or our Springfield Office at 417-881-2015, and an agent will assist you over the phone. These measures are being taken to help provide a safer environment for our clients, our employees and those in our community. A notice is also posted on our offices doors.

We are also working to implement a Business Contingency Plan in case the pandemic spreads more widely, or we have to close our office under governmental instruction. This will ensure that we will still be able to provide services to you if conditions worsen.

As we are receiving larger than normal customer inquiries, please be patient as we work with our companies to get answer to your questions in this fluid environment.
